I also drove inquiries into internal processes for more efficient project scoping.

At the world’s most culturally-connected agency, I was the UX Strategist on our digital team, responsible for research, accessibility testing, persona development, user flow creation, and championing best practices for web functionality. Strategy was developed in close collaboration across out team and departments to deliver wireframes and animated prototypes. Our clients range from financial institutions to higher ed institutions, to entertainment.
Digital Strategy/Communications | The Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice (Temple University)

My main project at the Hope Center was helping this action-oriented research institution was the full rebuild of their website for both internal users to more easily share research reports and for external users to more easily navigate the site. This process included a full site audit and cataloging of existing content, UX research and execution, and WordPress execution while managing our student developer.

As the resident Digital expert for this ambitious non-profit in Philadelphia, I was in charge of marketing and development of all digital channels. This includes acting as Project Lead on the redesign of the website, developing UX /Content/Marketing Strategy and functionality documents, optimizing content and linking strategy throughout our website, creating messaging segments to audiences across several channels, and managing both Google Ads and Facebook Ads. I was also responsible for developing the organizational branding guide and making yearly and quarterly marketing reports.

Working with a variety of healthcare brands from oncology to non-profit research, I create innovative and comprehensive strategies across multiple channels to build brand identities for both launch and established products. This has included sweeping asset audits to create content cadences and strategic communications plans, and working closely with UX to develop intuitive digital tools.
I’m also an Independent Comic Creator
I have been featured in 8 published comics anthologies and successfully funded 7 solo campaigns on Kickstarter. I have extensive experience in writing, art, layout, email marketing, crowdfunding, social media, and more.
