A passion of mine in the digital sphere is equitable design and accessibility. I am always trying to champion the user from all angles, and thinking of new ways to approach design that can make a kinder, safer internet for all. There was an opportunity for me to do some in depth research in humane design specifically and bring my findings back to the team. The result was this 40 minute presentation to the full UX team on how to consider human emotion in our process through our own research and team exercises that could be run in workshops with the larger cross-disciplinary team.
